Strategy

Everyman plans to reverse the trend of the past 25 years which has seen specialist legal practice migrate to expensive and remote city-centre offices. We plan to achieve this aim by developing a network of specialist home-based solicitors.

We are developing a network of self-employed home-worker solicitors throughout the United Kingdom. These solicitors are provided with marketing and administrative backup including a profile on the Everyman website.  Many solicitors joining the network bring their own client work, but more junior solicitors and other legal professionals will also be recruited. This will ensure that client work is handled at the right level to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery.

The home-worker network has been designed to eliminate the overheads associated with more traditional business models, ensuring competitive pricing, and to provide our solicitors with the maximum flexibility in their working arrangements.

We are also in the process of developing a franchise model which will enable solicitors who would like  to run their own business the opportunity to do so under the Everyman Legal brand.  Franchises will operate out of  premises with most of the administration,  regulatory and marketing taken care of by the central hub in Oxfordshire.
