The Everyman Legal Resources area has been introduced in response to our solicitors’ frustration at not being able to assist business people and individuals who need to create legal documents but do not have the budget to engage a solicitor to provide them with a fully bespoke service.

All information and documents which are provided through this website, whether free of charge or otherwise, are provided for general information only, they are not tailored towards your particular circumstances or transaction. Accordingly, Everyman Legal will not be responsible in law for any loss or damage which might result from the use of these documents.
You may print one copy of any free legal resources available on this website for your own internal use (whether as an individual or a business person). You may not sell, distribute or modify any such documents.
PRODUCT PURCHASE
In order to purchase a template legal document from us, you will need to follow the following steps:
Document Selection
Find the document you are searching for: a full list of resources can be accessed via the ‘Document Store’. The store can be easily navigated via the ‘Practice Areas’ and ‘Legal Advice’ sub-categories on the left of the screen which filter the documents by subject.
Once you have found your document, you will be presented with a description of the document or pack of documents and, in some cases, a short introductory video. Once you are happy you have found the document you would like to purchase, click ‘Add to Cart’.
Log-in/Register
When you enter the check-out, accessible via the ‘Cart’ button in the top right hand corner of your screen, you will be invited to continue by either logging into your account or registering with us.
Checkout with Sage Pay
Following the log-in or registration process, you will be asked for billing details. Once completed click ‘Place Order’. You can then choose to pay using a card, or by using an existing PayPal account, or by registering as a PayPal guest. Simply follow the instructions on screen to enter the information required and then confirm your details and finalise the transaction. (Note: you may be directed to a secure pay page for your bank during this process).
Document Download
Once your payment has been made, you will be sent a confirmatory email, which will include details of our VAT number. You will be able to access your document immediately by proceeding to the account area, either by clicking on the message which will be displayed to you or by selecting View Account from the navigation bar at the top right-hand corner of each page of the website. You will be able to download your document up to 5 times within a 28 day period.
Free fact sheets and glossaries are clearly identified and can be immediately downloaded by clicking on the document title.

Our documents are designed to be flexible and easy to amend. Accordingly, no template documents for sale through our website include any non-standard formatting.
