Share Schemes

Share schemes and share incentives are a key tool for both developing and established companies in incentivising, recruiting and retaining key employees. As an entrepreneur growing your company you may not be in a position to offer employees the same financial rewards available at more established companies.  This might be a straight share subscription (but with buy-back rights) or you may want to award options. Before you make shares available you may be advised to alter your company’s articles of association.
