Ed Burrell

Ed qualified as a solicitor in August 2010 after becoming Everyman Legal's first trainee. He joined us in 2007 after spending a number of years working for international law firms Ashurst and DLA Piper in the City of London, where he gained extensive experience of information technologybased corporate finance projects and financial regulation.

At Everyman Legal, Ed has gained varied experience of corporate and commercial work including share schemes, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, shareholder disputes, commercial contracts and intellectual property licensing.

Ed is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University and enjoys spending his spare time in the countryside with his family.
