Emma-Jane Benoit

Emma read Law and French at the University of Birmingham and Limoges before becoming a trainee solicitor and subsequently a solicitor at Lovells working in the Commercial Property Team.  

After other positions as a commercial property solicitor in London her family moved to Yorkshire where Emma took a position with Walker Morris in Leeds as  the Commercial Property Professional Support Lawyer. She has also been a visiting lecturer at the College of Law in York over the past six years.   

Emma has a continuing love of the French language which she teaches at her children’s school. She is Chair of the school PTA and enjoys family excursions into the Yorkshire Dales.
