Karen studied law at the University of Southampton and has 18 years of employment law expertise at City of London and regional law firms.
Karen is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has sat on their International Committee and the Acquired Rights Directive Sub-Committee considering TUPE related issues. She is a regular speaker and trainer and contributor of articles to the press.
After a career as an employment solicitor with international law firm Wilde Sapte (now SNR Denton) Karen moved to the West Country with her family. In addition to her freelance legal consultancy with Everyman, Karen works part-time as a Professional Support Lawyer with a substantial regional law firm.
Her leisure interests include modern jive dancing and horseriding. Karen has two children and speaks French.
