Stephen Evans

Stephen is an experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and private equity work.

Stephen graduated from Nottingham University and qualified as a solicitor in 1993. He spent the first part of his career working in the Birmingham offices of DLA and Pinsents, before joining a major commercial firm in Milton Keynes.

Stephen has acted for both private equity funders and management teams on management buy-outs and other transactions. He has also advised public and private companies on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and joint venture arrangements.  

Stephen joined Everyman Legal in September 2009.
