Steve Fernback

Steve Fernback is a financial consultant to Everyman Legal.

Steve's career as a finance professional started at Habitat Designs Ltd where he spent around ten years during a period of significant growth including a stock market flotation and overseas expansion before becoming the UK Finance Director. He then moved to the Reject Shop plc (another retailer) as Finance Director, to manage its U.S.M. flotation.

He next joined JaguarSport Ltd as Finance Director of this Automotive Joint Venture company before joining its J.V. partner, TWR Group Ltd, an international Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Racing and Design company.   Steve spent over ten years as TWR Group Finance Director.

Steve later moved to Richards Gray, a personal legal search company and HIP provider as Finance Director where he became a lead member of the MBO team before the successful trade sale of the business to the Canadian company MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates Ltd in 2008.
