Articles of Association (Basic)

Product Description

These are the simplest set of Articles compliant with the Companies Act 2006. These Articles:

- incorporate the new Model Articles: see the Everyman Fact Sheet on Model Articles;

- give the Directors authority to issue new shares with no upper limit;

- give the Directors a veto on share transfers; and

- include usual provisions on Directors’ conflicts of interest: see Everyman Fact Sheet on Directors’ duties and conflicts.
